225-day position
Salary: $23,662 - $26,813 base salary (based on education and previous full-time experience)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient computer skills required
- Strong typing skills required
- One (1) year computer experience required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Responsible To: Director of Adult Education
Job Goal: To maintain student data and attendance records.
Performance Responsibilities:
- Maintains enrollment and attendance information on all students.
- Attends required LACES trainings and workshops.
- Generates reports for Adult Education Director.
- Communicates with the Department of Social Services to provide assistance in maintaining accurate records for students identified as SNAP recipients.
- Prepares reports for submission to agencies that monitor program accountability.
- Prepares quarterly and year-end reports for the State Department of Education.
- Communicates with instructors to resolve questions and concerns regarding student attendance.
- Assists the Adult Education Secretary in answering phones, greeting the public and word-processing documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
