SalarySeeking to hire for a new opening for a Property Manager (Property Manager) to oversee daily tasks related to property management of single family and multifamily homes in Eastern Oklahoma County area. Experienced with residential property management only need apply.
Duties as follows:
- Oversee and maintain rental properties in designated Territory
- Assist with marketing and advertising / Property advertising in accordance with state law updated daily
- Assist in screening rental applications when needed
- Reporting and adherence of lease violations
- Collections according to Tenant Landlord Act & Federal laws
- Make sure all advertising on all properties are current
- Work order input and assessment
- Maintenance scheduling
- Leasing available homes / units on all leasing agency unassigned properties (bonus available)
- Supervise contracts & approve invoices
- Keep service log updated in management company software (rentmanager) .
- Obtain bids on jobs over $500.00 or as required by Owners
- Notify property owner if an expense it's going to be in excess of $500.00. All make ready's move out assessment (even if not perfected) on single family homes shall be made available to the property owners so they have a general idea of the expense that will be in counter and getting it market ready
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
