Regional Leasing Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team in Norman, OK. As a Regional Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, at several different properties within the Norman area. with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit
- Respond to inquiries regarding rental availability, lease terms, and application process
- Process rental applications and perform thorough background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in/move-out procedures, including inspections and key exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and rental payments
- Address tenant concerns or maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
- Collaborate with property maintenance staff to ensure units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property leasing or real estate administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in Appfolio or similar property management software
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures is a plus
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
