We are currently looking for a Administrative Assistant for one of our satellite locations.
The Administrative Assistants Assists the Property Manager With The Following Responsibilities:
- Answers phones, takes notes, and creates meetings
- Interface with residents, contractors, and the public in a professional and courteous manor at all times
- Creates, stores, and updates physical and digital files
- Manages rental applications for leasing approval
- Assist the Property Manager with email and work approval communications
- Assist with preparing marketing and advertising of homes
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Work Hours & Benefits - Part Time may be offered. Full-time is required to be eligible for benefits . Flexible schedule offered.
Admin Assistant Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Office administartive experience a plus
- Be willing to submit to a background investigation
