Join our team! OLT Management, LLC has an opening for a full-time, Property Manager Assistant, located in Owasso. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations for 1.2 M Square Feet of residential / building/office/retail/warehouse space, including maintenance and repair, rent collection, maintaining the leasing database, monthly reporting, and coordination of property inspections.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to tenants and prospective tenants.
- Prepare and send notices to tenants.
- Responsible for accurate data entry and record keeping using property management software.
- Follow up with tenants after work orders have been completed.
- Schedule start/stop utilities for move in/out inspections.
- Input and update preventative maintenance reports for HVAC inspections on managed properties.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to property management.
- Input and maintain required insurance certificates for current tenants.
- Assist with marketing efforts (update listing brochures, upkeeps OLTS’s social media account, update availability on listing sites, schedule removal/additions of listing signage.)
- Direct calls and emails to appropriate contact.
- Scan, label and maintain Certificate of Insurance for vendors.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience in property management, administrative, or customer service role preferred; be detail orientated and have strong organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy; able to analyze material and be deadline driven. Must work well with others and report to work regularly and on time.
