Summary of Job:
- Participate in leasing with tenants & showing local available properties
- Overlook leasing activity – follow up on leads and approve outstanding applications
- Review daily collections
- Help market the property management company to potential new clients, bonuses for sign up included
- Responsible for all lease administration duties
- Manage the make ready schedule and supervise the progress
- Maintain property aesthetics (exterior and interior)
- Monitor all property work orders and supervise execution with lead maintenance personnel. Supervise scheduling and prioritize maintenance service requests; set realistic expectations with residents.
- Follows-up on daily tenant service requests by email or phone (e.g. service calls and work orders).
- Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
- Develop accurate monthly owner statements & reports for properties, calculating income & billing for properties.
- Audit rent roll to monitor statements, lease expiration, month to month tenants, and evictions
- Accurately abstract all property leases in lease administration software
- Coordinate and oversee on behalf of client, all tenant and building construction work to ensure timely and accurate completion of all construction work at property
Qualifications:
Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
1 years of on-site property management experience preferred
or similar work experience in an office environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in supervisory role and managing tenants/staff
General office, bookkeeping and sales skills
Schedule:
6-8 hour shifts
