Responsibilities:
- This job does require some driving / running errands.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property-related information.
- Property Quality control checks. Submit reports to maintenance director.
- Take marketing photographs. Send photographs to marketing agent.
- Take checks to city building departments.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when communicating with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Scanning all check payments received.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Work directly with Rental Renewal Supervisor to complete inspections / scheduling
- Work with Senior Property Manager on miscellaneous tasks
- Greet tenants and answer any and all questions
- Meet inspectors at properties.
- Meet utility companies at properties.
- Miscellaneous tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes professionally.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Ability to use iPhone.
- Proficient phone etiquette for clear and professional communication.
- Basic understanding of property maintenance procedures.
- Reliable transpiration
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive tenant experience.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
