Waypoint Property Management is seeking an Accounting/Office Assistant to join our team! We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a goal-oriented, organized individual ready to join our team and grow!
Responsibilities:
· Contact tenants with past due balances via email, text and phone call, to discuss their outstanding balance.
· Set up payment plans with past due tenants
· Verify payments are received following the payment plans
· Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
-Leasing tours
-Answering phone
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Customer service experience
· Valid Driver's License
Compensation:
· Up to 30 hours per week
· Hourly Position
Dutie(s):
- Responding to customer questions and resolving issues
- Collecting customer payments in accordance with payment due dates
- Making collection calls on outstanding accounts
- Process small-claims complaints
- Accounts payable
