Short Term Rental Onboarding Assistant

Coastal Stay Property Management is seeking a Short-Term Rental Onboarding Assistant to assist our current team in completing the onboarding of new rental units in our portfolio. We are a small and growing team seeking the perfect candidate to work along side us while we do what we love!

This position is considered Temporary with the option to hire the perfect candidate on a permanent basis. The position works well for those seeking a flexible schedule, we are able to offer full or part-time during this temporary onboarding period and the position is a 1099 contracted position.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting the Property Manager with installation of decor/furniture
Furniture assembly
Minor maintenance and/or cleaning
Minor painting and/or wallpaper or decal installation
Assist with mainting and/or counting stock
Delivery of items from one location to another

Organization of storage spaces/cleaning closets
Assist with office tasks as assigned

Qualifications Required:
Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
Ability to give a minimum of 4 hours of your time daily
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
