The Property Manager provides exceptional
customer service to our Tenants. The Property Manager reports to the Regional Manager.
The Property Manger will be the second person to work out of a new location that is being opened in January 2024
New location office in Moosic, PA with occasional travel
as needed to our properties in Scranton, Wilkes Barre
The Assistant Property Manager duties include:
Answer emails, phone calls and return voicemails
Act as a property liaison to provide information
and answer questions and concerns
Enforcing community rules and regulations
Rent collection
Submit maintenance work orders and follow
through to completion
Accounts Payable
Assist in advertising homes for sale and
facilitating tours
Other administrative responsibilities as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
