In search of a part-time, detail oriented and organized person who will become the back-office Assistant Property Manager with a well-established and growing Property Management company. Duties will include (but will NOT be limited to):
Tenant On-Boarding - information gathering and confirmation, initial contact communication
Tenant Off-Boarding - Information gathering and confirmation, final contact communication
Tenant Relations - Handling tenant conflict resolution, Late rent collection
Tenant Retention and Release - Includes phone calls, emails, physical letters written and mailed,
Magisterial filing of documents and possible court attendance, timely move-in and move-out letters sent, etc.
This position does require in-office work from 9am-3pm Monday through Friday. Computer literacy and professional communication a must and must be demonstrated at time of interview. Exceptional organizational skills and time management also a must. Background in Real Estate of some kind a HUGE plus, but willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and build a career. The right applicant will also be self-motivated and will not need to be monitored constantly.

Compensation: $15/hour, with room for growth.
