Position Responsibilities
- Aids in the communication between the Community Manager, board members and residents
- Assists with the oversight, bidding, renewals, and specifications of contracts
- Participates in the monitoring of property inspections and violations
- Aids in the preparation and tracking of regular maintenance programs for client communities
- Assists the Community manager with creating the annual operating budget of client communities
- Under the direction of the Community Manager, issue statement of accounts to delinquent owners
- Assist the Community Manager in organizing newsletters, website news, e-mail and letter correspondence to board members and residents. Sending notifications and welcome packages where necessary
- Performs administrative tasks and general office duties
- Assist the Property Manager in the planning and organization of monthly board meetings
Essential Skills & Education/Experience Requirements
- Property Management experience a plus
- Experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging business- like approach
- Strong computer skills
- Detail oriented and organized individual
