Role & Responsibilities
As the Property ManagementAnalyst Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing in property-related data to identify trends and insights.
- Contribute to the development of analytical models to evaluate property performance compared to budget and historical figures.
- Contribute to the preparation of performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.
- Support financial modeling activities related to actual to budget valuations and key performance indicators.
- Assist in preparing reports on property financial performance.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for improvement of our portfolio.
- Collaborate with the team to assess the impact of market dynamics on Property Management strategies.
- Work closely with cross-function teams, including property managers, leasing teams, and finance professionals.
- Collaborate on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall property performance.
- Other duties as assigned
About You
You might be a great fit for this leasing consultant role if you have:
- Current enrollment or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Real Estate, Finance, Business Analytics, & Property Management).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
