Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of mowing, maintenance, and cleanup project crews
Engage in hands-on tasks including mowing, maintenance, and landscaping as necessary
Undertake seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal and ice management
Foster clear communication with clients and team members
Maintain meticulous attention to detail
Continuously assess work quality and address any necessary adjustments
Work outdoors in diverse weather conditions
Safely operate company vehicles and trailers for deliveries
Manage personnel, trucks, and equipment effectively
Flexibility for shifts to accommodate client demands
Our fleet and equipment are modern, well-maintained, and supplied to ensure safety and quality standards for our employees.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping and maintenance
Valid driver’s license required; additional certifications in horticulture/landscaping preferred but not neccesary
Ability to commute to Downingtown Area
Pay: $22-28 depending on experience level, availability, etc.
