Property Manager

We are looking for a prudent full time Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of an affordable housing complex. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the assigned property
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Advertise and market vacant apartments to attract tenants
• Collect accounts receivable and manage operating expenses

Skills

• Proven work experience as Tax Credit manager
• Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
• Understand tax credit rules and regulations
