Maintenance Supervisor

```Duties```

- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the facility

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs

- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and training as needed

- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime

- Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives

- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance issues promptly

```Qualifications```

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent work experience

- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage systems, HVAC systems, and logic controllers

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues

- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
