Reporting to the Founders, Jeff & Natalie Storment, the Facilities & Fleet Manager is responsible for managing all Power Cross facilities and fleet of vehicles. Working in conjunction with the Director of Operations- Cory Knight you would set up plans and processes for the upkeep, maintenance, and management of all Power Cross Vehicles, Campuses, Ball Fields, and Ministry Homes, and assist with new development needs. Portions of this position would include facilitation and/or hands-on completion of the items below.
Fleet Management:
- Train Staff on completing Daily Vehicle Pre-Check.
- Facilitate and schedule all vehicle maintenance.
- Facilitate and schedule all vehicle repairs.
- Schedule weekly fueling and Pre-Check, Post Route Checklist.
- Routinely operate the vehicles for a safety evaluation.
- Schedule & Carryout all annual inspections and tag renewals.
- Train new drivers on acceptable driving practices.
- Be “on call” for an emergency vehicle or facility situations.
Facility Management:
- Complete Daily Facility Maintenance Walk Throughs, Checklist, and basic repairs.
- Working with Natalie, Jeff, Cory, and Staff to update and sustain Vendor List for all facility’s needs.
- Identify items in need of repair or replacement both inside and outside all Power Cross Facilities, including Abernathy Park.
- Serve as the contact and Liaison for all repair contractors.
- Create a Daily maintenance/upkeep checklist for each area of campus. Work with DOR to assign staff to complete these tasks.
- Responsible for receiving quotes for all repairs or replacement of items.
- Serve as liaison for all upcoming renovation projects that require a meeting with contractors, and inspectors, or receiving quotes for upcoming projects.
- Maintaining all AC & Plumbing functioning properly.
- Maintaining all large appliances.
- Be “on call” for emergency vehicle and facility situations.
Groundskeeper:
- Responsible for maintaining all groundskeeping at both campuses.
- Serve as the liaison for current landscaping management companies.
- Responsible for Baseball Field Groundskeeping at Abernathy Park.
- Responsible for all areas of storage building and bathrooms on the park site.
- Responsible for Football Field Maintenance and upkeep at the Salisbury Campus.
- Responsible for Football Field Maintenance at Statesville Campus (upon completion of field).
- Pre-practice and pre-game field prep.
- Lining the fields for use.
Overall Priority: to ensure the safety of the Power Cross Transportation Fleet. Ensure the safety of all Power Cross campuses. Ensure cleanliness of campus and grounds.
Compensation:
This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a highly-effective nonprofit ministry and partner with the Founders on further impacting the Kingdom and the communities we serve. Power Cross will offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonuses, and vacation benefits.
Job Type: Full-time.
Base Salary: $40,000.00, performance-based bonus schedule available with total salary up to $50,000.00 per year.
