Frenchmans Reserve is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a Property Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of Property Management. You will work closely with the team to ensure the efficient operation of our property and the satisfaction of our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Prior experience in Property Management is preferred but not required. Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
- CAM License preferable but not required.
- High School diploma required.
- Associates or bachelor's degree with concentration in business or hospitality preferred equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
Qualification:
- Previous Homeowner Association Management, Country Club or Hospitality experience • Superior customer service skills a must.
Critical thinking, complex problem solving, judgment and decision-making ability.
- Solid communication, verbal and written with time management skills required.
- Organized and detail oriented with ability to support multiple projects and prioritize competing demands
- Possess small project management and landscaping operations knowledge.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Must be self-driven with the ability to identify, plan and prioritize.
- Ability to create valuable engaged relationships with all levels within the organization.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections regularly to identify deficiencies.
- Process and manage all violations of homeowner property deficiencies.
- Process and manage all traffic and parking citations.
- Conduct post-ACC construction inspections to close out application in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records, files and communications pertinent to the Association.
- Assist in overseeing projects and ensure property maintenance/improvement and other projects are properly completed.
- Obtain bids from vendors for necessary repairs & maintenance.
- Assist Management Team with any special requests, i.e. administrative work, mailing
- Tracking of activity logs and incident reports produced by the Security Team for the Manager's review.
- Assists in investigations, review video/audio/logs for any unusual incidents.
- Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the property.
- Investigate and follow-up on all complaints/issues and reports to management team.
- Attend the Compliance & Fines Committee Meetings.
- Cover administrative personnel position when needed.
- May be assigned other duties by the management team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Complete use of fingers for typing and writing.
- Visual capabilities to use a computer and see a computer monitor.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property as required to meet the job functions.
