Pay Range: $66,000.00 to $68,000.00 Annually
FLSA: Exempt
The Programs Specialist reports to the Sr. Director of Programs & Implementation and is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of all current and new PURE Way Programs and relationship management of specified 3rd party programs. This individual will partner with the Director of Strategic Initiatives, the Sr. Director of Programs & Implementation, our Training & Implementation Specialist, and PURE Way team members to review new program opportunities, develop training collateral, and plan successful rollouts. The professional in this position will partner with Regional Directors and Operations Managers to ensure the adoption of programs at the office level and be available as the subject matter expert for all PURE team members within their specified regions.The professional in this position will be a proactive team member providing input and suggestions on various projects and be detail-oriented, responsive, solutions driven, self-directed, positive, thoughtful, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Act as the single point of contact for all PURE Way Programs.
- Collaborate with PURE Way Audit team members to identify adoption deficiencies and retrain team members, as needed.
- Assist in the execution of the Company's change management plan, ensuring key deliverables and milestones are met.
- Apply industry knowledge and expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption of programs & initiatives.
- Collaborate seamlessly across all levels of the organization to drive adoption.
- Partner with specified Regional Directors and Operations Managers as a dedicated PURE Way Programs subject matter expert.
- Collect and analyze program data/statistics to provide insights and suggest adjustments to the product team.
- Act as a liaison between 3rd party partners and PURE with a focus on positive relationship/partnership management. Assist PURE Team members, troubleshoot issues with 3rd party partners, and identify ways to improve program or product efficiency.
What you will need to be successful:
- 5+ Years of experience in project management
- Program implementation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience developing training collateral
