This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of groundskeeping, mowing, tree care, and the use of power and hand tools.
```Responsibilities:```
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other Lawn Care products as needed
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and other plants to enhance the landscape
- Maintain garden beds by weeding, mulching, and watering
- Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Use hand tools for tasks such as planting, pruning, and raking
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and Lawn Care practices
- Experience operating power tools such as lawn mowers and trimmers
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks
- Ability to identify common plant species and knowledge of their care requirements
- Basic understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, and other Lawn Care products
- Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail to ensure precise lawn maintenance and landscaping work

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
