Property Management Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and motivated Property Manager to efficiently oversee and maintain our residential property portfolio. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations, tenant relations, and various administrative tasks to ensure a positive tenant experience and the successful management of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of residential properties.
- Communicate with tenants regarding lease agreements, renewals, and maintenance requests.
- Conduct property showings, tenant screenings, and move-in/move-out inspections.
- Assist in marketing vacant units to attract and retain tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized tenant records, lease agreements, and other documentation.
- Handle rent collection, follow up on overdue balances, and provide support for any rent-related issues.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Provide budgeting and financial planning.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and service providers as needed.
- Assist with property inspections and ensure compliance with Property Management policies and regulations.
- Participate in emergency response and safety protocols, ensuring tenant safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Property Management and real estate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Property Management software, such as Buildium and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local and federal housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to tenant satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
