Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties.
What we offer:
- Compensation range of $17-$20 per hour depending on experience
- 5 days of work per week, flexible hours each day usually consisting of 1-4 hours daily.
What you’ll do:
- Mail Handling: Collect mail from nearby post office boxes and ensure timely sorting and distribution of incoming mail to respective recipients within the company.
- Financial Processing: Accurately code and process incoming check payments.
- Invoicing: Organize and upload invoices to our third-party payment processor.
- Document Management: Maintain records by copying and filing reports as necessary throughout the year, including annual tax returns.
- Data Input: Contribute to year-end processes by inputting budget data accurately, aiding in the preparation for upcoming fiscal cycles.
What you’ll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suites (Docs, Sheets)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong attention to detail
