Assistant Property Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient property management. Duties: - Assist with property leasing and tenant relations - Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants - Handle resident inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Assist with rent collection and ensure all payments are properly recorded - Maintain accurate tenant records and files - Assist with the preparation of lease agreements and other legal documents - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting inspections as necessary - Assist with property maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution - Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including online listings and social media promotion

Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales, real estate administration, or property management is preferred - Knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations - Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is a plus - Strong customer relationship management skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team!
