POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone to join our accounting team and help us scale up as our company grows. We are searching for a candidate who is eager to learn, wants to be challenged, and possesses a hustle work ethic to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Oversee the entire accounting function for a large real estate portfolio across multiple states
- Produce and review accounting statements sent to our clients
- Work with operations team members to help respond to customer inquiries regarding financial information
- Help our internal accounting function by reviewing company revenue and areas of opportunity
- Establish, modify, document and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures
- Identify, recommend and initiate process improvements and enhancements
- Assist in scaling the accounting department as the company grows
We need someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and isn't afraid to deal with a little bit of chaos while working towards "organized chaos".
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic accounting skills
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player
