Days/Hours: Typically, M-F, 8:30 – 5, with some flexibility. Occasional OT.
Looking for a full cycle Property Accountant in a small commercial management company. Company is responsible for keeping the financials of about 25 commercial/retail properties, with about 220 tenants, with planned growth.
Daily cash management, review bank account activity. Weekly cash reports after check run.
Post monthly bank reconciliations.
Post receipts and scan checks to bank.
Post payables, scan/attach support.
Pull invoices from some vendor websites. Process online payments to vendors.
Post tenant billback charges and contact tenant with charge information and support.
Post monthly tenant charges and send monthly tenant statements.
Post monthly mortgage payments.
Calculate, create payable for, and receipts for monthly management fees.
Post journal entries for monthly accruals and amortizations.
Prepare quarter end report schedules.
Prepare CAM projection and reconciliation files.
Prepare year-end financial files.
Prepare checks to be mailed.
Process monthly credit card bills through payables, reimbursements from properties.
