Job Description:

Seeking a highly professional, detail oriented and organized individual for a full time, permanent role supporting a fast paced Property Management company

• Full time hours; Monday-Friday.
• Pay is based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify and correct data as needed
• Maintain and update files and databases
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Collect data from various sources and input it into the appropriate format
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Assist with order entry and processing
• Transcribe information from one format to another

Qualifications:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
• QuickBooks experience is a PLUS
• Scheduling Experience is a PLUS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
