ROLE OVERVIEW: This role is responsible for providing support to the Supply Chain & Operations functions at New Chapter. The Project Manager directs, coordinates, implements, executes, controls, and completes major Supply Chain & Operations projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.
MAJOR ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Partner with leaders across Supply Chain and Operations to plan and implement projects
- Define the project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedule
- Identify key tasks and resource requirements needed for success
- Create project team(s) and direct the team to meet deadlines
- Lead quality assurance efforts for duration of the project
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CREDENTIALS:
- BS in Business or minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, material planning or external supply.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification, preferred.
- Working knowledge of GMPs.
