LPA is seeking a Practice Management Specialist to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. You will collaborate with people from across our organization, from our CEO to the most recent new hire. You will be involved in positively impacting the business practices of the firm through partnership with project teams in planning, monitoring, and controlling to improve project performance.
You will be working with Project Leaders, Directors, and Principals across the firm. We are looking to you for ways to effectively use and teach Project Management concepts, utilize the software and tools at your disposal and teach others how to implement these tools.

What you will do:
- Partner with project teams in planning, monitoring and controlling their projects.
- Educate project managers on Project Management processes and associated software and reports.
- Facilitate communication across disciplines to foster integrated Project Management.
- Participate in Project Management process improvement initiatives.
- Test solutions for Project Management software improvements.
- Interpret and evaluate key performance indicators to identify the essential characteristics of successful projects.

Practice Management Office Specialist Requirements:
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse group of disciplines.
- Proven ability to teach others.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- 0- 5 years of Project Management experience or education.
- Understanding of project key performance indicators.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Project Management software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek VantagePoint, Deltek Vision, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to conduct limited amounts of travel.
Practice Management Office Specialist Desired Skills:
- Experience with project information management software such as Newforma Project Center.
- Experience with business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Project Management Professional certification or similar.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and contracts.
- Education in or experience with organization development and change management.

The salary range for this position is $50 ,000 - $93,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
