Position Description
Summary: The main function of a Project Coordinator is to:
• Collaborate with team members within Enterprise Oncology to update progress on team objectives and key results
• Effectively translate metrics into management reporting using Smartsheet, MS Excel, MS Access
• Support PM in preparing information for specific projects
• Perform other project administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, progress reporting and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS Project, Visio,
- Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, MS PowerPoint
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ year’s experience of project coordination and reporting required.
