Process invoices and billing.+ Providing Sales Team with accurate and timely promotional contracts.+ Maintain Claims, Deductions & promotional materials utilizing ECM Document Management System.+ Assist Sales Team in coordinating events and creating sales presentations.Qualifications:+ 2 or more years of experience in accounting, financial administration or bookkeeping is preferred.+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.+ Good written and verbal communication skills.+ Must be accurate and timely with completing work.+ Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is considered a plus.+ High School graduate or equivalent GED.

We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today.Position SummaryThe Project Coordinator provides support to the ARTS and Retail teams with planning and execution of projects, initiatives relating to deployment of wireless handhelds/tablets, and update Retail technology systems to include: mobile CRM, supporting database systems, CRM reporting, and BI dashboards.

Responsible for cultivating lines of communication and coordinate the completion of project activities primarily between the ARTS, Retail, and IT departments.Job Duties and Responsibilities+ Facilitate project update meetings and workshops including note taking, identifying risks, and documenting action items during all phases of projects+ Assist with the planning and execution of projects including creating project plans+ Follow-up with project team members regarding open activities, action items, and coordinate the hand-off of deliverables between project team members+ Prepare project status reportsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesDirect ReportsThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reportsIndirect ReportsThis position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reportsTravel and/or Driving RequirementsTravel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this jobMinimum QualificationsEducation Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience(Preferred): Membership and involvement in local PMI Chapter preferred+ CPG or Retail industry experience preferred+ Experience with deploying wireless handheld, tablet, or slate technology preferred+ Prior experience managing small-to-medium size projects up to 150 tasks preferably using MS Project or similar project tool+ Prior experience coordinating activities for managing small project teamsSkills, Knowledge and Abilities+ Organized, logical, and detailed oriented with excellent documentation skills+ Excellent oral and written communication+ Flexible and adaptable to playing various meeting roles+ Ability to follow through, complete assignments, and achieve desired results+ Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers, peers and management+ Executes verbal and written business communications,in a manner that effectively achieves business objective+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project toolProficient in Microsoft Office Suite - spreadsheets, word processing, presentation development**Environmental & Physical Requirements****Office / Sedentary RequirementsIncumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment.
