What you will be doing as a Project Coordinator
- Assist PM and CM to keep track of deliverables, conduct timely data entry and real-time status reporting
- Assist PM and CM on milestone tracking and documentation and will oversee quality control. · Input/upload all project information-ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Build and/or maintain trackers on project milestones, to include Excel trackers and customer PM tools
- Adopt and maintain a filing system to document all project activity for daily reference and use in project closeout binders.
- Assist with PO and invoicing processes.
- Assist PM and CM in keeping databases and schedules up to date for assigned projects.
What you will bring to the table as a Project Coordinator
- Strong Excel experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other Office products
- Ability to professionally work within a team.
- Motivated and self-driven with the ability to perform tasks independently
- Ability to drive to local offices, Client offices, or Contractor offices when necessary
