Job Description: As a Talent Director, you will play a critical role in driving the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the highest quality of hires for our client. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of the event and catering group. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent acquisition within the restaurant or hotel sectors and a solid understanding of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the boutique event and catering group.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Implement innovative recruitment methods to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry contacts and potential candidates.
• Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within the restaurant or hotel industry.
• Strong background in Human Resources, with experience in employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on achieving hiring goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
