Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Complete opening and closing duties such as setting up daily needed supplies, table settings & more.
- Ability to lift heavy trays and move throughout a space.
- Understand table numbers and seat numbers to ensure proper service methods.
- Ability to show up on time.
Ensure the area is stocked with paper goods and necessary tools, and the workspace is clean and maintained throughout the shift.
- Ensure all tables meet their needs during the dining experience.
Complete understanding of menus and offerings to guests.
Follow the steps of service for all guest interactions.
Report any engineering issues, safety hazards, or concerns to management.
Complete end-of-shift paperwork, and all side work.
Perform other responsible job tasks asked by management.
BE IN THE KNOW...
- Full-time availability is preferred including morning and evening shifts.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be able to carry 3 plates of food at a time.
