The Coordinator will work closely with finance, program management, and external partners to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with grant requirements. Additionally, will enhance our university’s cybersecurity certification offerings. Strategic execution, resource management, marketing and outreach, instructional materials, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will also involve actively seeking and applying for grants to support the university’s initiatives. This position is funded by a grant. Continued employment beyond the term of the grant is not guaranteed.

1. Coordinate all aspects of the grant application process, including preparing grant proposals, budget justifications, and financial reports.
2. Monitor grant compliance and ensure that all grant-related activities align with the organization’s objectives.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, program managers, and external partners to gather necessary information for grant applications and reporting.
4. Execute the ASU Cybersecurity Certification Training Plan, aligning resources, and ensuring the effective implementation of certification programs.
5. Ensure access to a pool of qualified professionals, vital for maintaining the quality and availability of our certification programs.

• Knowledge of various forms of presentation, including art work, web designing, graphic designing, video, photography and written content.
• Knowledge of industry-standard design and production software.
• Skilled in communicating the project outline accurately to C&M team members.
• Skilled in communicating with broad spectrum of personalities and positions, including upper level administrators
• Skilled in time management and adapting to changing situations and work demands.
• Ability to listen intently and accurately to properly understand the clients’ needs.
• Ability to lead with insightful guidance to the creative team.
• Ability to demonstrate how a creative vision helps achieve goals of client and university overall.
• Ability to stay abreast of new technologies, analyze new trends and data.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to determine informational needs, to collect and analyze information, and to assess statistical analyses and reports.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive summaries, reports, and detailed program evaluations.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in finance or grant coordination, preferably in a nonprofit or grant-funded environment
