Job Description – Project Coordinator - FL
Summary/objective
Coordinate and communicates material installations between customers. Installers and store personnel of flooring materials.
Essential Functions

· Provide excellent customer service while communicating with customers over the phone and in writing.
· Act as a liaison between multiple parties to bring an installation to completion.
· Collaborate with installers, estimators, and other company personnel to create a positive experience for customers.
· Review customer contracts for accuracy.
· Schedule installations with customers and assign installers to perform installation.
· Maintain installer calendars through the system.
· Prepare necessary paperwork.
· Keep detailed notes from the beginning to the end of the installation.
· Transfer materials from location to location as needed for installations.
· Review assigned materials prior to providing pick tickets to ensure inventory is assigned as needed.
· Follow up with Purchasing where applicable when waiting for material to arrive for the scheduled installation date.
· Confirm installation completion with installers, invoice job, and collect balance due from customers.
· Send the customer a Thank You card with warranty information for materials purchased/installed.
· Enter final labor rates into the system for job costing and installer payments.
· Handle customer concerns, repairs, and claims as necessary.

Required education and experience:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Customer Service Experience
· Experience in scheduling or event planning
· Computer literate
· Able to work independently
· Natural problem solver
Preferred education and experience:
· Rollmaster experience

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
