Please note: Hiring manager is not looking for PM or Scrum Master profile, this is just an Analyst/Coordinator role with below knowledge/experience.
Liaise with other departments within GTS to gather and consolidate their Resource needs
Must be very well organized to assist Department VP with other technology needs as required
Coordinate the Resource needs of the GTS Department, including tracking and providing reports on approval processes, providing accurate status to Senior Executives on approvals etc.
Ability to support other initiatives across the Global Technology Governance teams
Develop reports that support analysis and key business decisions on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis
Develop reports that support analysis and key business decisions on an ad-hoc and scheduled basis
Perform quantitative, qualitative & trend analysis of information using data analytics
Strong communication skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicate effectively and proactively with internal GTS stakeholders to ensure information is presented logically and consistently
Escalate issues to Department Manager as needed in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
