We are currently seeking a Business Analyst for a 6 month plus contracting opportunity. The ideal candidate must have experience in working with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives within the global market.
Location: Hybrid/Charlotte, NC
Project Length: 6 months plus
Compensation Range: This role will compensate $75/HR/W2 depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Focus includes partnering with Corporate Treasury Liquidity Management, Global Markets and technology teams to document business requirements in support of complex technology change initiatives.
- Leverage Global Market product (derivatives, swaps, equities, etc.) expertise in the to analyze and document requirements, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
- Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally.
- Identifies and manages program risk and issue resolution, driving root cause analysis and accountability.
- Removes obstacles and proactively challenges processes in order to ensure work gets done easily and decisions made quickly.
- Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.
- 3-5 years BA experience, with strong Global Markets product experience
- Strong financial services and global markets product (derivatives, swaps, equities, etc.) experience
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives.
- Experience partnering with enterprise project and change management standards, tools and methodologies.
- Strong business relationship management and communication skills
- Solid project management experience and/or PMP is a plus.
