Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship

We are seeking candidates for our Electrical Industrial Bootcamp Program. This is an intense 3-week educational session focusing on teamwork, safe work practices, and developing the fundamental skills needed to assist with tasks performed on our projects. Electrical Industrial Bootcamp candidates will learn basic measurements, the proper use of hand & power tools, as well as electrical safety, theory and assisting with the installation of electrical systems.

Upon successfully completing the program, participants will receive a starter toolbox and a project assignment where they will apply their newly acquired skills while working alongside Cianbro’s journey-level team members. Based on performance, these new team members may have the opportunity to receive an endorsement into one of Cianbro’s apprenticeship programs, where they will continue to earn a paycheck while they learn and progress towards achieving journey-level proficiency.

Location: Pittsfield, Maine. Travel may be required upon completion of the program.
