Memory Care ProgramManager
Eagle Crest Communities is seekinga Program Manager to join our team of healthcare professionals supportingresidents in our Memory Care unit, which consists of 33 apartments. This personwork directly with residents and families to support in accordance with our MemoryCare philosophy and goals.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the planning, developing, andcoordination of the resident care needs.
- Responsible for supervising resident careassistants and service delivery of resident care
- Partners closely with our marketing departmentand residents from admission assessment through discharge.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals byparticipating in the hiring, onboarding and training process.
- Must work within the guidelines of BLH, Inc.policies, WI CBRF regulations, and industry best practices.
What You'll Need
- Top notch leadership skills with a healthcarebackground
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a healthrelated field, or a bachelor's degree in a non-health related field with a minimumof 1 year experience with our resident population, preferred
- Experience in assisted living, dementia care,and end of life care, a plus
Our Wages
- Hourly, eligible for incentives and overtimepay.
- Based upon previous experience andqualifications.
