Salary```Duties``` As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of various programs. Your duties will include: - Managing program budgets and ensuring financial accountability - Developing and implementing program policies and procedures - Supervising program staff and providing leadership and guidance - Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including clients, staff, and community partners - Leading program development initiatives to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities - Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in the behavioral health field - Managing day-to-day program operations effectively ```Skills``` To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong background in social work or related field - Proven experience in supervising and managing teams - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management - Working knowledge of developmental disabilities and behavioral health issues - Excellent administrative skills to handle program documentation and reporting - Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate programs effectively - Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management - Experience in program management to drive successful outcomes
