The Program Coordinator will ensure coordination and scheduling of all program services, including visits, staffing, room/activity availability, and transportation. The Program Coordinator assists in the oversight of the Quality Parenting Center by providing supervision to the Managers, Family Time Specialists, and Drivers and managing all aspects the program while meeting policy requirements and assuring the implementation of services.

- Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Tuesday- Friday 11:00am-7:30pm & Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm)
- Flexible schedule with on-call requirements
Oversee and coordinate the services provided to Families:
- Ensure a safe, supportive, therapeutic and healthy environment for the families.
- Coordinate all program services including visits, staffing, room/activity availability, and transportation.
- Assist Family Time Specialists with visits that require more than one visit coach.
- Conduct family visits in the absence of Family Time Specialists and ensure all documentation is completed.
- Assist with transportation.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Program Director.
- Responsible for taking scheduling calls when the Program Manager is not available.
- Provide ongoing and hands-on supervision to Managers, Family Time Specialists and Drivers
- Responsible for interviewing program candidates.
- Establish cooperative and supportive channels for staff to offer important feedback, suggestions/recommendations and to share concerns.
- Evaluate staff performance, conduct disciplinary discussions when appropriate. Document disciplinary discussion with staff and/or warnings given.
- Participate and assist in monthly supervisions with staff.
- Participate in initial and annual performance evaluations with staff.
- Ensure policies and procedures are being followed by staff within the program.
- Assist with orientation and training for all staff.
- Review client records to ensure all Family Time Specialists are completing the documentation appropriate to the position.
- Implement and oversee the daily operations of the program.
- Manage schedule changes such as call-outs and PTO coverage. Provide coverage for visits if the Family Time Specialist is not present.
