American Professional Educational Services, part of the Hartford HealthCare EMS Network, is a private occupational school providing a myriad of allied health educational courses including EMT, Paramedic, Phlebotomy, and Medical Assistant as well as an American Heart Association Training Center. 

Job Summary:

Responsible for all American Heart Association (AHA) programs and AHA Instructors for the American Professional Educational Services (APES) AHA Traning Center. Serves as the Training Center Administrator. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years' experience teaching American Heart Association programs
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Instructor

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as an AHA training center faculty
• AHA ACLS and/or PALS Instructor
