To achieve this unwavering support, Familylinks provides a wide range of family-centric services encompassing Behavioral Health, Youth & Family Services, Service Coordination, and Senior Services with an Administrative department to coordinate all services. The role of the Program Coordinator is to provide operational support and oversight for the IBHS ABA Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. The Program Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and staff with the goal meeting of clinical benchmarks for quality care and productivity, ensuring proper care is being provided in accordance with client authorizations and insurance regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with Director of Autism Services and Program Quality and Compliance department to develop and implement Quality Assurance processes which in compliance with all Federal, State, County, and funder requirements and/or licensing.
- Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, training and competency development of RBT and BHT staff to meet agency, program and regulatory standards.
- Maintain records sufficient to meet County, State, and Federal clinical documentation requirements including preparation for monitoring visits and corrective action plan development and execution.
- Interview, hire and evaluate staff, maintain approved staffing levels for Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) and Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT).
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment with the IBHS ABA teammates and other Familylinks program teams.
- Support BHTs and RBTs in maximizing their schedule availability to consistently meet productivity expectations.
- Assist staff during crisis and emergencies.
- Oversee and evaluate any student intern and/or volunteers assuring they have the required credentials, certifications and/or license.
- Ensure adherence to staff training plans.
- Perform the role of health record champion who helps train staff, problem solve and revise system content.
- Responsible for ensuring BHT and RBT hours are scheduled within budgeted hours.
- Assists Director with productivity monitoring and development of plans of correction.
- Approve all timecards and time off requests for all assigned staff.
- Responsible for personnel management, performance reviews, competency development, and coaching of assigned staff.
Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work or related field with two or more years' experience OR a high school diploma with two or more years of relevant experience.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
- Two years' experience supervising staff preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management and strong organizational skills helpful.
- A valid driver's license along with access to a vehicle.
- Proficiency with MS Office, computer/laptop, tablet and cell phone required.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws and regulations.
