Duties:
Assign responsibilities to and supervise staff and volunteers.
Train volunteers and staff.
Oversee the daily operations of the organization.
Schedule staff, volunteers, and clients.
Create and maintain a list of substitutes, fill-ins, and ancillary support personnel.
Interview new, existing, and potential clients to ensure quality service delivery.
Maintain a record of dietary requirements and requests. Assure that requirements and requests are met.
Develop, adapt, and assign delivery routes.
Maintain a record of work hours of paid staff and submit it to the treasurer of the Board of Directors at the end of each pay period.
Track, maintain a record of, and report hours contributed by individual volunteers.
Order goods and supplies, assure adequate inventory of product, track expenditures, and submit invoices to the Treasurer.
Answer telephone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
Be knowledgeable of all operational responsibilities. Serve as a substitute as warranted.
Document, track, report, and acknowledge all financial and in-kind donations to be reported at least monthly.
Recommend and assist with fundraising activities.
Prepare, submit, and deliver monthly reports to the board of directors.
Serve as a liaison with the host facility and the community-at-large.
Administer the annual budget.
Attain and maintain ServSafe and other appropriate certifications, clearances, and licenses.
Track and schedule equipment maintenance and repair.
Intermediate computer skills.
All other duties as assigned.
May assist with:
Recruiting volunteers, staff, and clients.
Researching vendors and purchase agreements to assure quality and cost-efficient delivery of goods and services.
Seeking development opportunities through grants.
Preparing and submitting reports to funders, regulatory agencies, and collaborative agencies.
Seeking opportunities for and conducting speaking engagements and organizing information booths at appropriate public events.
Designing and distributing promotional materials and advertising.
Reviewing employee performance and conducting annual reviews.
Selection of volunteers and employees for special recognition.
Preparing the annual budget.
Recruitment and interviewing of paid staff.
Creating morale and incentive programs, inclusive of clients, employees and volunteers.
Creating and updating policies and procedures.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.50 per hour
