Job description
Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Program Assistant position is to assist with various projects within the Hospital Materials Management department, such as generating reports, reviewing invoices for accuracy, researching processes and/or products for cost and specifications, etc. Provides administrative and general office services as assigned.
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree required. Minimum two (2) years’ of clerical/administrative experience required, preferably in an Inventory Control setting. Familiarity with inventory control practices and systems a plus. Computer skills and experience with office software required. Must have excellent customer service skills, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
