Assignment Duties:
- Provides support to the DepartmentsÆ offices and ensures compliance with the Department's security policies and procedures, building issues, assesses needs and possible improvements.
- Establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with internal and external agency constituents.
- Maintains both the highest level of professionalism and strictest confidentiality of information.
- Assists the Program Lead, in evaluating security needs of Departments.
- Creates and maintains security site assessment reports.
- Documents and distributes meeting minutes; and compiling reports.
- Keeps program plans up to date, allowing program managers to get a clear view of the current status.
