Production Team Member

R2H invites you to join us as a Production Team Member. As a leader in smoke flavor manufacturing, R2H offers an ever-evolving work environment. Our small crew allows you to learn all aspects of liquid smoke production while staying on the move.

Day shift production members operate between 6 AM and 6 PM Monday morning through Thursday evening (4 shifts). Night shift production members operate 6 PM Monday evening through 6 AM Friday morning.

*Overtime Paid Over 40 Hours*

Pay starts at $17 per hour with a shift premium for overnights. Employees have the ability to earn between $45,000-$56,000 per year, including overtime.

Team members are responsible for production operations to ensure that products of the highest quality are safely manufactured & distributed.

Physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to: consistent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and also being comfortable climbing ladders & walking on catwalks.

Job responsibilities:

· Must learn proper operation of all manufacturing equipment in the production area.

· Will be instructed and certified on operation of a forklift and skid steer for use in production tasks.

· Must maintain a clean and safe work area.

· Attention must be paid to safe and proper product and equipment storage and organization.

More job duties will be taught over time.

Minimum Educational/Experience Qualifications:

High School Diploma

1-2 years of work experience in a factory environment or similar type of work is desired but not required.
