Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will supervise and mentor PBAD employees supporting within the Weapons and Energetics Department, ensuring that standard operating procedures are implemented and followed.
- You will direct and prioritize work assignments to business financial personnel.
- You will provide knowledgeable input, Financial Management advice, and guidance regarding financial regulations, policies, and procedures to the department Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
- You will communicate budget related requirements and assemble initial Production Overhead Budget/execution plans.
