This role is with KBR's GAM, Global Asset Management group. At GAM, we provide our customers with a range of services including Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems, Import/Export Trade Compliance, Material Management, Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving, Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs, Records Management, Distribution Services, Capital Asset Management, Development & Production-Equipment Maintenance, and Facilities Project Management
The Production Maintenance Supervisor will:

• Oversee and manage maintenance activities for a diverse and dynamic team.
• Have strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance activities to ensure the uninterrupted operation of advanced electronic and mechanical systems.
• Supervise a multi-faceted team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure work accuracy and safety.
• Coordinate and conduct training sessions.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Be committed to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Experience using a CMMS to plan and execute maintenance activities.
• Be able to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent, along with 7 years of related experience.
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining advanced electronic and mechanical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Suite) and maintenance management software.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technical, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
