Maintenance Supervisor

Hickory Recovery Network- Kingman is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance. The ideal candidate must have experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Determine what needs to be fixed and who will fix it.
• Schedule maintenance work and check the work once it is completed.
• Assist maintenance staff in repairing everyday problems related to building systems and mechanical devices.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff.
• Assign maintenance-related tasks to staff members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The Maintenance Technician must:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Scheduling flexibility is required to accommodate client admissions, census and needs of the facility.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own insured transportation.
• Additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains adherence to HIPAA compliance in ALL communication regarding clients in treatment
• Must have knowledge of applicable building codes related to healthcare preferred.
• Must have general knowledge of specialized areas including electrical secondary systems, plumbing systems, fire system devices and air systems.
• Must have the ability to read and interpret information from blue prints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Must have a general knowledge in the use of power and hand tools.
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete work independently.

PREEMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check
• Successfully complete a drug screening
• Must have received, or be willing to receive, the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire. Proof of vaccination or exemption is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
